An affordable and adaptable flue emissions monitoring system
Independently tested by TÜV SUD to EN50379
Completely customisable: can be configured to meet the user’s requirements via the addition of optional sensors, probes and upgrades (please call for details and see the ‘Configuration’ section)
Suitable for measuring flue gases emitted by natural gas, butane, propane, LPG, 28 sec oil, 35 sec oil, wood pellets, user fuel and heavy oil
Combines electrochemical sensors with infrared technology to monitor hydrocarbons, CO, CO₂ and other flue gases
Can accommodate up to five OPTIONAL electrochemical sensors: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitric oxide, sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and oxygen
Measures O₂ (0-25%) and H₂ Compensated CO (0-4000ppm) as standard
Measures pressure (0-150 mbar), efficiency (0-100%), and temperature (0-1100°C) as standard
Calculates CO₂ (0-20%) and differential pressure with pitot flow as standard
The main purge refreshes the sensors during long-term monitoring
The main purge prevents the sensors from becoming over-ranged
The main purge allows the sensors to be zeroed without withdrawing the probe from the flue pipe
Active Flow Control: compensates for pressure fluctuations and filter blocking by adjusting the pump speed thereby maintaining the sample gas flow
