Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser

The Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser is a comprehensive combustion analyser capable of measuring all the parameters required for domestic boiler checks and services. It is compatible with Testo’s 510i, 115i, and 915i Smart Probes, enabling additional tests, and wirelessly connects with Testo’s Smart App for documenting data, as well as creating and sending reports on-site. Flue Gas Measurements

Fitted with electrochemical sensors, as standard the Testo 300+ can measure:

• O2
  
• CO with H2 compensation
• COlow with H2 compensation
• Efficiency
• Flue gas loss
• CO2 (calculated from O2)
• Draught
• Pressure
• Temperature

When used with a flue gas probe or CO probe, the 300+ can also determine internal and external ambient CO. Additionally, the Testo 300+ may be fitted with an NO sensor, either at the point of purchase or retrospectively, thereby facilitating NO and NOlow measurement.

All readings are indicated on the flue gas analyser’s large touchscreen display. Every data value is visible without the need for scrolling. Furthermore, the Testop 300+ guides gas engineers through pre-saved menus for the most important tests. This intuitive menu combined with the FGA’s fast-response smart-touch display ensures it is easy to operate and ready to use at the touch of a button.

Testo Smart Probes

Wireless Bluetooth connectivity means the Testo 300+ can be used with Testo Smart Probes to measure up to four additional parameters in parallel with flue gas analysis. Results are automatically indicated on the Testo 300+’s display.

Testo 510i Differential Pressure Meter

Use the Testo 300+ with the 510i Smart Probe to determine differential pressure, gas flow, or static pressure.

Testo 115i Clamp Thermometer

When two Testo 115i Smart Probes are used in conjunction with the Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser, gas engineers can measure flow and return temperature.

Testo 915i Thermometer Smart Probe

Gas engineers can conveniently and quickly ascertain combustion air temperature with the Testo 915i Smart Probe and Testo 300+ FGA.

Testo Smart App

In addition to Testo Smart Probes, the 300+ is compatible with the Testo Smart App. Gas Engineers with the Testo Smart App installed on their smartphone or tablet can use their smart device as a second display, allowing them to leave the Testo 300+ in situ while they view data from a convenient distance. Additionally, reports may be created and sent via email using the Testo Smart App.

Robust, Ergonomic Design

The Testo 300+ is TϋV-tested to EN50379, part 1 and 3. It is housed in a robust plastic casing and has a scratch-resistant screen, ensuring it can withstand the vigors of daily use. A magnetic holder enables hands-free operation while efficient probe changes maximise productivity.
