Fluke 435 Power Quality Analyser - Basic Kit Details

An upgraded version of the Fluke 434, the series II 435 includes a number of unique functions not found on the lesser model. It's a comprehensive power quality measurement tool that can be used to assess, diagnose and fix problems with power quality to ensure optimal operation on an electrical installation.

This power quality analyser can be used to measure voltage, current, frequency, dips and swells on voltage, harmonics, power and energy, unbalance, monitor, inrush, can capture waveforms, measures flicker and transients, features mains signalling and includes power wave and power inverter efficiency functions. It's possible to display up to 10 values simultaneously on the screen as well (depending on the test), giving users a full diagnosis of an electrical system without repeated testing.

All Fluke 430 series power analysers also contain a totally unique to Fluke energy loss calculator function, allowing them to use generated power values to determine power/energy loss and give a monetary value that shows exactly how much money might be being lost over a time period because of power quality not running at optimal efficiency.  This mode uses effective, reactive, unbalance, distortion and neutral current to generate a value and can display results in an annual value.

The PowerWave function of this tester enables it to capture fast RMS data, thus allowing it to show half-cycle and waveforms to get a full idea of electrical system dynamics. It can also perform waveform capture, capturing 50/60 cycles of each event without any setup required.

An automatic transient mode captures 200 kHz waveform data on all phase simultaneously up to 6kV and a mains signalling mode can measure interference from ripple control signals at specific frequencies.

This tester is IEC 61000-4-30 Class-A compliant and has CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V safety ratings.

*Please note that the basic kit of the 435 does not come with current clamps. These are supplied with the standard kit.
