The Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System is a modular cable camera suitable for locating and analysing damage in flue gas systems, building drains, house connections, chimneys and ductwork. The Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System’s modular design means it can be adapted using different-sized camera heads, pushrods and soft cables for a range of applications.

The Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System’s Ø40mm, colour, detachable camera head can pan and tilt as required allowing the user to find and evaluate any damage, no matter how small, to the pipe, line, cavity or system. The Home (auto-level) function can be used to return the camera head to the straight-forward position.

The waterproof camera head easily navigates bends in the line and features integrated power lighting for illuminating the workspace. It also includes a built-in transmitter which allows the user to pinpoint the camera head, and therefore any damage, precisely using the Wöhler L200 Locator. This is particularly useful when inspecting pipes and systems under floorboards or in ceilings.

In addition to sharp camera footage, the user can view the camera head’s level and angle, as well as a digital meter counter on the colour TFT 7” monitor. The Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System features CCS-image (Cristal Clear Screen) technology and a 4GB SD card to which images, videos and voice recordings can be saved. Data can be transferred from the Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System via its mini USB port.

As the Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System’s monitor is supplied with a neck strap, it can be carried at chest-height ensuring that it is always easy-to-see. This also frees up the user’s hands to operate the camera head. Additionally, the Wöhler VIS 400 Cable Camera Video Inspection System includes a protection bag with a glare protector for the monitor.
