Megger DET3TC Earth Tester Details

Megger's DET3TC allows you to carry out extensive earth testing procedures including 2 pole, 3 pole, no disconnect testing (ART), resistance and voltage.

When carrying out test procedures the Megger DET3TC will automatically evaluate and display the status of connected C and P spikes and carries out automatic noise checking/compensates by rejecting noise from 40V peak to peak. When testing earth voltage the device is able to perform tests from 0-100V AC with accuracy of 2% ±2V.

To carry out ART testing this instrument requires the use of an optional clamp (sold separately) that can be attached around the ground rod connection, negating the need to disconnect. All test procedures can be easily selected thanks to a large rotary dial, and a large test button is also built into the device to allow easy and safe test initiation even when you're wearing gloves.

This earth tester isn't just confined to indoors either; the DET3TC features IP54 rating, which means it is suitable for use outdoors as it is protected against dust and water jets.

The DET3TC conforms to EN61010-1 CAT IV 100V, EN61557-1 and EN615557-5.
