The DustTrak II Aerosol Monitor 8530 is a desktop light-scattering laser photometer which provides real-time aerosol mass readings.  The unit is battery-operated and its suitability for different environments varies between clean office settings to harsh industrial workplaces.  Other applications include construction and environmental sites and outdoor applications.

This Aerosol monitor from TSI is capable of measuring contaminants including dust, smoke, fumes and mists.  The DustTrak II monitor features a sheath air system which isolates the aerosol in the optics chamber.  This will keep the optics clean which allows for improved reliability and little maintenance.
