Amprobe AT-3500 Underground Cable/Pipe Locator Details

Quickly determine the exact location of buried energised and de-energised wires, cables and pipes with this advanced underground cable/pipe locator.

Robust and reliable, the AT-3500 is optimised for outdoor work and is resistant to common forms of damage such as the weather. The system consists of both a transmitter which is used for sweeping and a power supply to be used with the transmitter.

Ideal for use in parking lots or airport lighting applications, the AT-3500 responds extremely quickly to detected buried utilities, using a backlit, multiple-segment bargraph digital display and audible indicators to help the user pinpoint the location of an underground object.

The system uses a proven 33kHz fixed frequency suitable for a wide variety of locating applications. Dedicated radio and sensitive power modes are also available to avoid lines at utility construction sites. Depth measurements can be taken extremely easy with just the press of a button.
