Delmhorst Model RC-1E Wood Moisture Detector
This detector measures in three ranges: 6% to 11%, 11% to 25% and 25% to 80%. Calibrated using Coastal Douglas Fir, it gives you accurate moisture measurements for most U.S. wood species, especially in the important 6 to 11% range. Electrodes sold separately.
Size: 6-1/2” x 8” x 3”. Weight: 3-1/2 lbs. (without electrode). Range: 6-80%. Batteries: two 9V (included). Battery check allows you to make sure meter is working properly. Accuracy: reads to within ±1/2% of moisture content (6% to 12% range), ±1% (12% to 18% range), ±2% (18% to 25% range).
