DTEC DH110 Color Display Pocket-size Leeb Hardness Tester

DH110 Pen Style Hardness Tester is an upgraded model based on model DH100,containing all fuction of DH100, It add fuction of data processing software by USB interface to further analysis and optional printer connecting;fuction of large memory capacity of 1000 groups;and function of interchangeable between D type and DL type impact device.enable it to testing hardness of wheel gear and other special toothed specimens.

Similar as DH100,it can be performance in a narrow space, in which other hardness testers feel difficult to measure. It is applicable to big specimen on-site hardness testing and batch testing on the specimen in production lines. Moreover, it is also used in metal manufacturing industry, transportation, Power station, petrochemical industry, aircraft industry，construction and lab,etc.

Working Principle:

When the impact body,with a certain weight,impacts against the specimen surface under the action of spring force,Leeb hardness comes from the ratio of the impacting velocity(VA) and the rebounding velocity(VB) of the impact body by the moment the spherical testing tip is located at 1mm point from specimen surface.

With principle of electromagnetism，the permanent magnet in the coil of impact device produced an induced voltage, which is in proportion to the impact body velocity.
