Extech RF30 Triple Range Sucrose Brix Refractometer Details

The Extech RF30 is a triple-range refractometer that is used to measure brix concentration within fruit juice, lubricant, cutting and other types of industrial fluids.

Like all of Extech's RF range of refractometers this unit is lightweight, compact and provides an easy method of measuring brix levels. It can measure from 0-41%, 42-71% and 72-90% brix with high accuracy and resolution on all measurement types.

The device works by inserting 2 to 3 drops of solution directly into the refractometer. The user should then adjust the lens and prism of the device using the built-in focus adjustment and can then read the level of brix by using a built-in scale within the unit.
