The ultimate in thermal technology. FLIR's T660 thermal camera combines together advanced, high resolution thermal imaging with a huge host of advanced measurement and adjustment features to produce crisp, clear and highly detailed thermal images in any application.

With a built-in touchscreen that's as responsive as any smartphone's, simple operation buttons, GPS and compass information, LED light and laser pointer indicators and highly useful voice, text and sketch annotations stored alongside their thermal image counterparts, using the FLIR T660 to gain detailed information and images is extremely easy, intuitive and provides you with all the functionality you'll need to generate superior thermal images.

High Resolution, High Sensitivity Thermography with MSX

By using FLIR's state-of-the-art technology the T660 can produce thermal images with extremely high resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. Unmatched by practically all other cameras on the market, this means that every image taken on the FLIR T660 is as detailed as possible.

This camera also has thermal sensitivity of <20mK; this means that it can respond to even the most minor changes in temperature, ensuring that every image taken is as accurate as possible.

The T660 uses FLIR's multi-spectral dynamic imaging (MSX) technology to further enhance the detail level of images taken using the thermal imaging mode. It does this by actively blending together a thermal and digital image; when capturing, you'll get the temperature data of a thermal image, but the detail level of a digital image. This makes it significantly easier to tell what the camera was pointing at when the image was taken (when taking lots of images with a conventional camera this may be tricky due to the lack of detail).

This first shot was taken inside a cathedral. Notice how you can clearly see the heat given off by the underfloor heating vent, plus how strong the level of detail is thanks to FLIR MSX.

In this outdoor shot, you can clearly see how a certain section of this waste pipe is outputting high levels of heat.

The FLIR T660 is so powerful, it can even see the heat that is being output by underfloor pipes!

This radiator needs bleeding - notice how the heat is only travelling to certain parts of the radiator?

This fire door offers extremely poor insulation - notice how the edges of the door are much bluer than the rest of the image. This is a sure sign of draughts getting through the door.

Just how hot is your cuppa? Notice how the hot drink inside is much hotter than the mug itself - that's because the mug is designed to protect your hands when holding it and insulates your drink inside!

This dog checks out his infrared reflection in the window. You can see his reflection as IR cameras can't completely penetrate glass, instead, they see infrared radiation bouncing off the surface. The only reason you can see detail on the other side of the glass here is thanks to FLIR's MSX technology.

This excellent aerial shot shows how well insulated this property is. High temperature levels (shown in red and yellow colours) are a sure sign that heat is escaping from the property.
