Test insulation resistance across a wide range with consistently reliable results using Megger's portable high voltage insulation tester, the MIT1525.

This is the highest spec model available in Megger's MIT1500 series, with the ability to perform insulation resistance tests at a voltage of up to 15kV and maximum resistance range of up to 30TΩ.  Preconfigured diagnostic tests are also included, allowing you to test polarisation index (PI), dielectric absorption ratio (DAR), dielectric discharge (DD), step voltage and also perform ramp tests (ramp mode exclusive to this model).

All results can be seamlessly stored in the MIT1525's internal memory storage, with easy recall on the instrument or on PC using Megger's PowerDb Pro, Advanced and Lite software packages. Results are date/time stamped for easy referencing.

Megger's MIT1525 insulation tester is designed for portable use - it comes as standard housed inside its own briefcase-style carrying case, which also protects the tester from knocks/drops and other common forms of damage. When closed, the case is rated to IP65 to completely eliminate damage from moisture or dust ingress.

This model also comes with rapid charge rechargeable batteries - with just 30 minutes of charging, the MIT1525 can be used to test for more than 60 minutes!
