Shaw Moisture Meters designed the SU4 sample conditioning unit to reduce the dryer/process line pressure. This provides a pressure and flow suitable for the measurement of trace moisture in process gases and dry compressed air.

The SU4 sample system allows the sensor to operate at atmospheric pressure during gas or general compressed air sampling. Combining a pressure regulator, sensor holder and a flow meter for up to 10 litres per minute (1-2 litres is usual for continuous use). Suitable for wall mounting as all elements of the SU4 sample system are fitted to a stove enamelled backplate.

The SU4 sample system conditions the flow of sample gas to the required 2-10 litres per minute at near atmospheric pressure for accurate and consistent sampling. Pneumatic connections are available for inlet and outlet, if required. Choose from our selection of ¼”, ⅛” or 6 mm compression fittings.
