SKF TMSU1 Ultrasonic Leak Detector

SKF TMSU Series: The SKF TMSU 1 ultrasonic leak detector is a high quality, user friendly, sensitive instrument enabling the detection of air leaks by means of ultrasound. Leaks are caused by fluid flowing from a high pressure environment to a low pressure environment, creating turbulence. The turbulence generates high frequency sounds (so called ultrasound) that can be detected by TMSU 1 air leak detection equipment. The sensitive piezoelectric crystal in the sensor allows the operator to quickly guide the instrument to the loudest point which helps locate the leak location. The SKF TMSU 1 includes an ultrasonic air leak detector, headset, rubber nozzle and batteries, all supplied complete in a sturdy carrying case. Lightweight compact design makes it easy to operate with one hand. By identifying air leaks and fixing them, energy consumption is significantly reduced. Excellent quality headset for optimum sound quality even in very high-noise environments, also act as ear defenders.
