LUXURY CLASS TECHNOLOGY AT MID-RANGE PRICE

The XC600 thermal imaging camera impressively proves that high-end thermography does not automatically entail high-end costs and that the price-conscious calculation of a flagship thermal imaging camera does not have to be at the expense of quality:

A trend-setting detector of the latest design accommodates 307,200 self-sufficient temperature measuring points, each of which records the current temperature values of the measured object almost sixty times per second and displays them on the 3.5-inch PanoFold touch display. This is four times more data than a camera with 320 x 240 pixels, which results in significantly higher measurement accuracy.

The XC600 also has a very high geometric resolution of 0.65 mrad, which makes even small problems precisely identifiable from a greater distance. This thermal imaging camera measures temperatures from -20 °C to +600 °C - optionally up to +1,500 °C - and makes temperature differences of only 0.06 °C visible.

With the XC600 everything is in - because everything is already in

In addition to precise real-time measurement in high native resolution, this thermography system offers you the benefit of a continuous 10x zoom, fast autofocus with laser precision, integrated distance measurement, interval shooting, IR videos and numerous measuring functions - the XC600 thermal imaging camera equipped with a high-capacity Li-Ion battery for extremely long measuring applications leaves nothing to be desired and is supplied completely ready for use in a hard-shell transport case including high-quality analysis software.

VISIONARY CONSTRUCTION WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY

The XC600 is characterised by its particularly robust design, which creates the conditions for long, trouble-free operation even under the harsh conditions prevailing on construction sites. The pistol-designed thermal imaging camera from original EU production is equipped with rubber protectors on all sides and has a shock-protected two-component design with protection class IP54.

As robust as the camera, as flexible its image guidance: the innovative PanoFold display can be tilted by 180° and at the same time swivelled flexibly by 270°. With the XC600, therefore, no user needs to bend or twist to inspect objects that are difficult to reach.

Focus on efficiency

The electrical focus of this thermal imaging camera can be operated either by automatic function or manually and with the digital 10x zoom of the XC600, the measurement section can be freely selected. Optional interchangeable lenses further increase the application possibilities.

The integrated laser rangefinder is also helpful for all measuring applications. If it is switched on, the measuring distance to the object can be read directly on the display and the measured distance is also directly transferred to the camera settings in order to permanently optimize the measuring accuracy. The standard equipment of the XC600 is completed by the real image camera with 5 megapixel resolution and a photo light and the laser pointer for visual target detection.

THE EQUIPMENT OF THE XC600 THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA LEAVES PRACTICALLY NOTHING TO BE DESIRED

Liveview – Seeing means knowing

All functions of the XC600 have been designed for user comfort and working efficiency. For example, the setting options for limiting (span) and selecting (level) the temperature range of the XC600, which are common in thermal imaging cameras of this class, cannot be preset in the menu first and then checked in the live image, but can be configured directly via the cursor keys and the change can be followed live on the display.

Fully radiometric infrared videos on request

The optional IR video function of the XC600, with which fully radiometric infrared videos can be transferred to a PC synchronously with the measurement, where they can be evaluated and recorded directly in real time by software, creates optimum conditions for a very thorough analysis of the measurement results. This function allows, for example, a detailed investigation of the heating and cooling behaviour of electronic and mechanical components or other objects over a defined period of time.

Detailed measurement display via 'DuoVision Plus

The DuoVision functions integrated in the XC600 thermal imaging camera allow a wide range of settings for live display during measurement. With the DuoVision picture-in-picture display function, in addition to the display of infrared or real image, a combined display of both image information in various overlays is also possible.

In addition, the additionally available function 'DuoVision Plus' combines infrared image information with high-contrast details of the visible light spectrum from the real image camera for real-time display of an extremely detailed thermal image fusion on the camera display.

This type of display significantly facilitates orientation, localization and evaluation during the measurement, which is why damage or defects can be detected and assigned more quickly. In addition to numerous other functionalities, the software supplied with the system also offers a DuoVision function for superimposed display for documentation.

Maximum user comfort as standard

The XC600 has an unparalleled range of functions and equipment. In addition to the above-mentioned functions, the user can, for example, also perform periodic image storage. This enables thermal image series recording at a preselectable recording frequency, for example every 30 minutes. With this recording interval, long-term thermal behaviour can be optimally documented. As an option, it is also possible to store voice comments via Bluetooth directly with the IR image using a headset.
