MSX and UltraMax Image Enhancement

The detail of images taken on the FLIR T640 thermal camera is massively enhanced thanks to two exclusive modes found only on FLIR thermal cameras: MSX (multi-spectral dynamic imaging) and UltraMax.

• MSX - the FLIR T640 uses its on-board digital camera to extract the detail of objects from the image and adds it on to a thermal image. The result? Your thermal images are much more defined, allowing you to easily see object edges, specific labels on a panel and everything with a much higher level of detailed compared to MSX being switched off (example in the image)
• UltraMax - a unique image processing technique, UltraMax allows you to generate thermal reports with images that have four times as many pixels as taken with the native resolution on the T640. With reduced noise and greater thermal accuracy, your thermal reports will be incredibly detailed
• Comfortable, Ergonomic Design
