Measure low resistance levels with a high degree of precision using Sonel's MMR-620 ohmmeter.
Supplied as standard with hanging straps for weating around the neck, the MMR-620 is a portable, lightweight and easy to use system for measuring resistance in many different areas. It can be used for testing resistive objects such as welded/soldered connections, equipotential bonding, earth wires, terminals and connectors, rail-welded joints and cables wires; it can also be used for measuring inductive objects such as coils (motors and transformers) and low-resistance coils.
The MMR-620 includes multiple measurement modes:
Normal Mode - standard insulation resistance test
Automatic Mode - as the test leads are connected to the object, the MMR-620 will automatically start the measurement with dual direction current flow and average result display
Continuous Mode - every 3 seconds for resistive objects or continuous measurement on inductive objects
Window Mode - set an upper/lower limit with display of average measurement result
All measurement results can be stored directly in the MMR-620's built-in memory and sent to a computer for further analysis (software required - sold separately).
