TSI Low Flow Flowmeter - 20 L/Min (Air / O2 / N2) 3/8" Inlet
TSI offer a range of low flow meters, designed for checking gas flow measurements. This particular model has a 0.01-20 std l/min flow measurement range, is suitable for gas calibrations including Air, O2 and N2. It has an inlet diameter of 0.375”.
The mass flowmeters from TSI are known for their accuracy, and the proprietary platinum film sensor design incorporated into these meters ensures these highly accurate readings. This also contributes to the speed of flow response, which stands at 4 milliseconds.
